Cancellation Policy

✅ Booking & Payments • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session. • Remaining balance is due at the time of your session. • Payment methods accepted: Cash, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal. ⏰ Session Timing & Arrivals • Please arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled time. • Sessions will begin and end promptly as scheduled to stay on track for all clients. • Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. 👕 Outfits & Locations • $50 sessions include 1 outfit and 1 location. • $95 sessions include up to 2 outfits and 2 locations. • Add-ons such as cap & gown photos, props, or extra outfits are available upon request for an additional fee. • A $15 fee applies for each additional location outside your package. 🖼️ Image Delivery • Standard sessions include a set number of professionally edited images (5 or 10 depending on your session). • Full gallery upgrade includes all usable images from your session, lightly edited for color and exposure. • Final images will be delivered via an online gallery within 7–10 business days. • Rush delivery (within 3 days) is available for an additional $15. 📩 Cancellations & Rescheduling • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date once, if rescheduled in advance. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit and must pay a new deposit to rebook. 📢 Image Usage & Rights • You will receive high-resolution digital images with a print release for personal use. • Photographer retains the right to use images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
